TurboVeda is built on a simple rule: if something is wrong, we fix it — clearly.
This page explains how we handle corrections, clarifications, updates, and reader-submitted error reports across our coverage of cars, bikes, and EVs.

1) Our Promise

  • We aim to publish accurate, verifiable information.
  • When we make a mistake, we correct it quickly and transparently.
  • We don’t quietly rewrite important facts without showing readers what changed.

2) What Counts as a Correction

A correction is required when a factual detail is wrong, such as:

  • Price, variant name, booking/delivery date, launch timeline
  • Specs (battery size, range, power/torque, dimensions, features)
  • Safety/recall details, regulatory info, policy details
  • Names, locations, or statements incorrectly attributed

3) Clarifications vs Updates (How We Label Changes)

Not every change is a “correction.” We separate edits like this:

Correction

A factual error is fixed.
✅ We add a visible note in the article changelog (and sometimes in the body if it’s major).

Clarification

The original text could be misread or lacked context, but wasn’t strictly wrong.
✅ We improve wording and add context. We note the change if it affects interpretation.

Update

New information becomes available (e.g., OEM confirms pricing, new variant added).
✅ We update the story and add an update note/changelog entry.

4) How Corrections Appear on TurboVeda

For meaningful changes, we use:

  • Last Updated timestamp
  • A short changelog entry such as:
    • “Updated: corrected ex-showroom price for Variant X.”
    • “Correction: charging time figure updated based on official brochure.”
    • “Clarification: range figure is MIDC-certified, not real-world.”

If the error is significant (price, safety, recall, major spec), we may also add a clear correction note near the top of the article.

5) How to Report an Error

If you spot an issue, please contact us with enough detail to verify quickly.

Email: support@turboveda.com
(You can also use the form on our Contact page.)

Suggested format (fastest)

  • Subject: Correction Request: [Article Title]
  • Article URL: (paste link)
  • What’s wrong: (1–2 lines)
  • What’s correct: (your corrected info)
  • Proof: official source link, brochure, filing, or screenshot (if available)

We review every report. If the claim checks out, we update the article and log the change.

6) Our Verification Standard for Corrections

We prioritize:

  • Official OEM statements / press releases
  • Official brochures / price lists
  • Regulator filings / homologation documents
  • Verified social handles and official websites

If a correction request is based on speculation, anonymous claims, or non-verifiable sources, we may not update the article until we can confirm it.

7) What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t remove accurate information just because it’s unpopular.
  • We don’t rewrite major facts silently.
  • We don’t “correct” opinion sections—only facts. (We may clarify wording if needed.)

8) Thank You

Reader reports make TurboVeda better. If you take the time to flag an error with a reliable source, it helps everyone who reads the page after you.
