TurboVeda (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone using TurboVeda.com (the “Site”).
This page explains how to submit:
- a DMCA takedown notice (if you believe your copyrighted work is used without permission), and
- a counter-notice (if you believe content was removed by mistake).

1) Copyright & Content on TurboVeda
TurboVeda publishes automotive content (cars, bikes, EVs), including:
- original editorial writing
- images we create or license
- embedded third-party content (where allowed)
- references to OEM media assets (press images/videos) where permitted and credited when possible
If you believe your work appears on TurboVeda without proper authorization, please follow the process below.
2) How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a DMCA notice, email support@turboveda.com and include the following required information:
A) Identify the copyrighted work
- Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- If available, include a link to the original/authorized version.
B) Identify the infringing material on TurboVeda
- Provide the exact URL(s) on TurboVeda where the material appears.
- Include screenshots if helpful.
C) Your contact information
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Organization (if applicable)
D) Good-faith statement
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
E) Accuracy + authority statement (under penalty of perjury)
Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
F) Signature
A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

3) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Once we receive a complete DMCA notice, we may:
- remove or disable access to the content in question, and/or
- request additional information if the notice is incomplete, and/or
- contact the publisher/author responsible for the content
If we remove content, we may also notify the party who posted it (if applicable) so they can submit a counter-notice.
4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)
If you believe content was removed incorrectly (for example, you have permission, it’s your original work, or it qualifies as fair use), you can submit a counter-notice by emailing support@turboveda.com with:
A) Identification of the removed material
- The URL(s) where the content appeared (before removal), if known.
B) Your contact information
- Full legal name
- Address (city/state/country)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
C) Statement under penalty of perjury
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
D) Consent to jurisdiction
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for DMCA disputes (typically where you are located or where the service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
E) Signature
A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

5) Repeat Infringers
Where applicable, TurboVeda may restrict access or remove content from repeat infringers.
6) Important Notes
- Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences.
- If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consider consulting legal counsel.
